Dara Mirjahangiry brought over 15 years of hospitality experience, when he launched his newest brainchild, Sei Less, in January 2022. Graduating from Syracuse University in 2005, Dara embarked on a career in finance and even tapped into the mortgage world. However, the financial crisis in 2007 catapulted Dara’s journey back home into the hospitality business. 

Dara kickstarted his hospitality career while waiting at the prestigious high end Chinese restaurant Philippe Chow. He quickly established himself as a staple in the NYC dining world and became known as “the concierge to the stars.” In 2015, he launched Jue Lan Club in the former LimeLight space. As General Manager of Jue Lan Club; one of New York City's hippest and delectably tasteful restaurants, he continued to take exquisite care of his clients. He took his brand on the road, including a seasonal Southampton pop up and pop ups at NBA All Star Weekend. 

Dara has built an extensive dining following from the biggest stars in music, sports, fashion, and art. His attention to detail, client privacy, and overall guest experience is what sets Dara apart. He has quickly turned Sei Less into a premiere dining destination for the stars and looks forward to expanding the Sei Less brand across the country.
