Founder

George Karavias is the president and owner of Dream Hospitality Group and one of NYC’s top nightlife moguls. He started working in the nightlife and hospitality business over 18 years ago with a vision to dominate the industry and since then has expanded and grown Dream exponentially.

Dreams' roots started in Brooklyn and quickly became a powerhouse taking over clubs throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. George has operated NYC’s top rooms such as 1Oak, Up&Down, Lavo, Vandal and VIP Room and continues to expand, taking deals at all the new spots in NYC and around. In May of 2020, Dream opened up Harbor NYC and The Stafford Room, located in Midtown West. Harbor & The Stafford Room have welcomed guests from Cardi B and Migos to Two Friends and Dombresky. The team behind Harbor is in the process of opening up its third venue only a few blocks away in Fall 2022.

Sei Less NYC is Dream’s first restaurant concept. Opening in January 2022, the restaurant has already made headlines week after week with celebrity appearances and features. The Sei Less brand has plans to expand into cities outside the Tri-State area, becoming more than just a restaurant but a brand name. The team behind Sei Less also powers Panda Harlem.
