Ivi Shano

Founder

Ivi Shano has over 18 years of fine dining experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry in the U.S. and Europe. Originally from Albania, Ivi studied foreign languages at the University of Tirana and is fluent in Albanian, English, Spanish and Italian. He discovered an affinity for art, design, and photography after emigrating to the U.S in 2010. 

Ivi was the former director of social media and event coordinator at Jue Lan Club. As the co-creator of the Rose Garden with Whispering Angel, his unwavering dedication and attention to detail has been instrumental in creating an unforgettable outdoor space resulted in exponential social media growth for Jue Lan restaurant. Ivi's following success was a partnership with Don Julio tequila where he redesigned the garden at Jue Lan Club and doubled down on another successful concept.

In December of 2021, Ivi partnered with Mirjahangiry to launch Sei Less. Since the grand opening in January of 2022, the restaurant has made headlines week after week with celebrity appearances and features. Ivi's vision and experience in design, branding and marketing has helped cultivate one of the most instagrammable spots in NYC. He continues to work on many other projects & partnerships that will continue to expand the Sei Less brand.
